The program has undergone a process of review, revision and renewal in its 4th successful year.
This is a very special year for us with Sloka turning 21 and the Waldorf Movement itself meeting the century mark. So this year, the course is intended to provide all participants with a view into the Principles of Waldorf Education.
We hope that teachers across India will take this opportunity to deepen and renew their connection with these vital principles that hold up Waldorf Education in our country. We also look forward to seeing more parents, so we can build bridges between the home and the school, thereby keeping the child in an environment of shared responsibility and trust. We are eager to see people who are curious about Waldorf Education or are exploring options with a view to eventually teach.
2 teachers from existing Waldorf schools are welcome to attend free of charge. Sloka will provide training, materials, lunch and tea. All teachers who attend any one of the modules completely are also welcome to attend the training by Christof Weichert (Oct 13-18) free of charge.
We regret that since we are working, we will not be able to provide accommodation to outstation candidates, nor will we be able to accommodate participants’ children in the school for the duration of the course. All participants (including Waldorf teachers) will have to arrange for their own stay as well as breakfast and dinner. However, we will be happy to direct you to nearby accommodation options.
